KUWAIT MAR THOMA YUVAJANA SAKYAM
The Kuwait MarThoma Yuvajana Sakhyam is
one of the biggest Sakhyam at the Parish
level of the MarThoma Sabha. Our Sakhyam
is actively involved in the social and
humanitarian activities of our Parish as
well as that of the Mar Thoma Sabha in general.

Over the years, Kuwait MarThoma Yuvajana Sakhyam extended its
support to the community in many ways. The Sakhyam is always
in the forefront, helping the needy and underprivileged.
All Glory goes to our Lord, and we pray that He continue
to bless the Kuwait MarThoma Yuvajana Sakhyam and truly make us Lighted to Lighten
Following the four fold program or vision of the Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam
(Worship, Study, Witness and Service); the Kuwait Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam
is an active organization of the local parish. Meetings are held on every
Saturday at Hall of Hope of National Evangelical Church of Kuwait (NECK) except
on 2nd Saturday and 2nd Friday immediately after the service.
On 2nd Saturday,
cottage prayer meetings are arranged at the residences of the members of the
Sakhyam. These meetings are joyful occasions for all Sakhyam members to have Bible
Study, haring experiences, discussions on Biblical topics to current ethical issues and
to have true fellowship.

sEvery 2nd Friday, the Sakhyam members assist at the Worship Services/Holy Qurbana.
Besides leading the fellowship and Bible study, our youths are very concerned about
the poor and needy and are trying to help them through their genuine efforts.
Regular programs organized by Sakhyam include prayers, study conferences, quiz
competitions, retreats and house visits. Last year, Sakhyam took initiative and funded
various charity projects through Harvest Festival and Christmas Carol Rounds.

THE MAIN AIM
•To help the youths to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
•To help all the youths to grow in the wholeness of Jesus Christ.
•To train the youths in worship and the fellowship with Christ.
•To participate the youth in the mission of the Church.
•To let the youths grow in love towards the Church and faith in the
Christian values and to help the over all growth of the Church and its organizations.
•To organize and conduct training camps, meetings, discussions classes
to increase the knowledge and experience of youths in the Holy Bible,
church's faith and practice, Ecumenism and in current social affairs.
