CAPGEMINI BUSINESS SERVICES INDIA LTD (NOV 2008 to MAY 2010)

Working as a “Process Associate” for processing payroll and payroll related accounting.

 Processing payroll for over 5000 employees using the ERP - RAMCO Systems Payroll Software.
 Processing payroll related accounting through SAP.
 Preparing monthly, statutory and MIS reports.
 Handling Employee queries related to the process through RT system.
 Making statutory payments like TDS and Filing of 24Q returns as per the statutory norms.
 Circulating Payslips/IT statements on monthly basis and Form 16 on annual basis to the employees.
 Handling Statutory, CAD and internal auditors and resolving their queries.

In addition to the above routine work, I have also involved in following projects which was assigned by the management to me for the process development and process enhancement.

• New Migration process for over 2000 employees were migrated to our process, which was successfully handled by me and team within the short period of time with 100% achievement on the agreed SLA dates.
• Actively participated in designing payroll portal which is currently used by over ten thousand employees across India for making Tax Declaration, submitting investment proofs, PAN, Bank account numbers and view their monthly payslip and IT computation etc.
• SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document for the payroll process
